The new Traxxas Slash is a small race truck that is fantastic for racing. And the best part is, you don’t need to be a racer to appreciate it. The construction is well thought-out as the combination chassis is based on the Stampede or Rustler blueprints. This makes the truck extremely stable even when it runs on full speed. Even if the chassis is smaller than usual, the body is big. What makes this different from all the previous models is the fact that the wheels don’t stick out. Add the new Velineon brush-less engine and speed control systems, and you’ve created a monster that runs well on dirt and asphalt.

If you plan to get into more serious racing events, get an after-market transmitter so you can put in new enhancements that are necessary to tailor the truck to run on any course. You’ll soon see the Slash turn corners at incredible speeds. When it comes to overall performance, this is a great truck to have. It’s unforgiving when it comes to competition and is extremely easy to handle. Don’t be surprised to find people walking up to you and asking about your newest baby. It may look different from all the other trucks, but it belongs to a class of its own.

If you’ve been following the circuit, you’ll know that Traxxas’ name has become popular. The newest line is now painted on the side of a full-scale CORR racing truck. Don’t get shocked to see more of it in the future because even at first sight, the astounding scale in itself is attractive. Yes, Traxxas is THE name in the RTR scene.
